This scholarship was created in memory of Kameron Ty Wallace. Kameron was a member of the class of 2020. He had a course of action, never gave up no matter what, and he wanted the same for each and every person he came into contact with. Kameron was a kind soul and a person who would do anything for anyone. He lived his life to the fullest and always had a beautiful, infectious smile. No matter what the sport, Kameron was an athlete that had a passion for competition and was a constant motivator. This memorial scholarship will be awarded to the individual who exhibits the same “never give up” qualities. Though not a requirement, preference will be given to those student-athletes entering the medical field, which was a goal of Kameron’s. The recipient and alternate will be selected by a committee of faculty and family members. In 2023, five scholarships were given.
